A delicious and affordable Maduro, Perdomo Lot 23 Toro is a good-looking stick wrapped in a sultry chocolate-brown Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper. Overall, I think that this is a cigar with loads of character and flavor. Coffee, spice, and leather notes and plenty of sweetness on the palate make this a very desirable smoke.
