Perdomo Lot 23 Belicoso is an affordable way to enjoy one of my favorite cigar brands. Lot 23 may be the least expensive sticks in the Perdomo lineup but they sure don’t skimp on quality or taste. Box after box, I get a cigar that’s always solidly constructed, slow burning, and loaded with the rich, sweet, and nutty tobacco flavors that Perdomo is famous for.
