Upon seeing the success of the original three sizes, L’Atelier decided it was high time to offer the cigar community a special series and introduced L'Atelier LAT54. Not previously offered, the Corona Gorda measures 5.25×54 and features a much darker wrapper. This is due to the higher priming of the special Ecuadorian Sancti Spiritus used in its composition. As binder and filler, the cigar employs Nicaraguan tobacco. Flawlessly constructed, the stick boasts a box press and a pig-tailed cap finish. It delivers a medium to full bodied smoke lush in flavor notes of mocha, dark chocolate, tangy pepper, leather, and charred wood.
