Of course, the JM brand took off and John ended up selling far more than he smoked. Chief in the brand’s portfolio is the Espanola, which comes in both a Connecticut and a Maduro. The company’s most famous blend features a darker and more subtly sweet blend of San Andres Mexican wrapper around Connecticut Broadleaf binder and filler tobacco from the Dominican Republic, while the Connecticut blend has more of a woodsy and creamy flavor profile.
